Please join the Earth Alliance group for our spring session of shinrin-yoku (forest
bathing) on May 7th after church. Research has shown this popular Japanese practice
produces positive effects in preventative health care and healing. It also encourages
appreciation for the earth, and strengthens our connection to nature.
Bring a bag lunch, and meet at Bonnie Park (near Pearl Rd & Valley Pkwy in
Strongsville) at 12:15 on May 7. We will spend about a half an hour in silent absorption in
the woods, and then regroup for lunch and conversation.
